This is for you if you like getting tarot readings or if you believe in the power of magic and symbols that arise in our lives through the material world. The same way that I believe that if we listen to ourselves, we can know all the answers, I also believe that tarot cards can hold up a mirror.

With this service, I lay the cards. I read what they reveal. Then I write the story they tell — not a prediction, but a myth. The figures in the cards become characters. The spread becomes a plot. You receive a piece of fiction that holds the truth of your reading like a secret inside a story.

Written slowly, on purpose

I never write a story in one day.

The first draft is by hand. Then I put it down and do something else, because a story needs time to rest before it can go deeper. The next day I come back and write it again, in different ways, still by hand. Only after that does it reach the laptop, and the real rewriting begins.

Every story finds its own rhythm. But each one takes days of my attention.

That’s why I write fewer stories, and why they cost what they do. I’d rather give yours the time it needs than write quickly and give you less.

What if I can’t afford it?

Write to me anyway. Tell me your situation, why you want this story, and who it’s for. I read every message, and sometimes I lower the price for someone who needs a story. I can’t do it for everyone, but I’d rather you ask than not.

Do I need to believe in tarot?

No. The cards are a way to ask a question sideways. The story is fiction either way.

Will it tell my future?

No. It tells a story about where you stand. What happens next stays yours.

Can I read one first?

Can I share or reuse my story?

Yes, it’s yours to keep, read and share. Wherever it goes, even if you reuse or adapt it, keep my name with it: written by Julie, Mot Vivant. The writing stays mine, so it can’t be sold, published for profit or used commercially without my written permission. I may share and use the stories I write, in my portfolio, on this site and in my marketing, always with names and personal details changed. If you’d rather I never share yours, just tell me.

No. It's fiction, grounded in narrative theory. It isn't a clinical service and doesn't replace one.
